HELP / FAQ Q: Can I get a copy of the live stream recording? A: Unfortunately, our contract as the streaming provider prohibits us from keeping or distributing copies of the live stream. If you'd like a copy, contact your school directly and they should be able to help you out. Q: How long after the live stream ends can I watch it online? A: The live stream will be available for replay (but not download) for 7 days after the conclusion of the stream. Q: Audio isn't working on the live stream. A: There are a few reasons why you may not be hearing audio on the stream: First, make sure you're using a modern, up to date web browser such as Google Chrome or Apple Safari and make sure you computer volume is turned up and your speakers are turned on. You can also try refreshing the webpage and if that doesn't work double check that the stream player is not muted (you'll see a speaker icon in the bottom bar of the web player. You might need to try to watch on a different computer or mobile device. Q: I don't see any video on the live stream. A: There are a few reasons why you may not be seeing video on the stream: Make sure you're using a modern, up to date web browser such as Google Chrome or Apple Safari. If you see a static image in the player it may mean that the event has not started yet. You can also try refreshing the webpage.
