Marc Shroyer | President
Technology Director
Marc Shroyer is the owner and founder of Custom Media Solutions. Marc started out in broadcast news, sports and entertainment over 20 years ago. His strengths are anywhere from video directing, editing, systems design and engineering. Marc also has a background in music which is skill that enhances his directing ability. Marc has a very high standard of excellence and a passion for the video at a live event or broadcast to be the highest quality from picture quality to content, switching and camera work.
Michael Simmons | VP Sales
Video Director, Producer, Production Manager

Michael began his professional career in the early 90's directing local church services, local sports, band and dance competitions with his father's production company. While completing his undergraduate degree in mass communications at Georgia State University, Michael interned at CNN with the Political Unit during 2000 presidential campaign. With a musical background, Michael enjoys directing live concerts and live events in general. Prior to joining CMS, Michael was a regular contractor for CMS dating back to the company's first show in July 2005. Michael is highly relational, a great project manager and executive producer. Michael is married to Anna and has two children that keep him busy when he's not supporting your next live event.
Anthony Young | Operations Manager
EIC, Video Director, Production Manager
Anthony started in live production as a freshman in high school (class of 2012) - running camera and learning an early version of ProPresenter at his church. He always had his sights set on the switcher and through years of interning, contracting, and mentoring at his church he developed his natural story-telling skills as a video director. This set Anthony up for what he would call a "sidetrack" into the post-production world after college: owning cinema cameras, lighting, and grip equipment, honing his skills in editing, animation, and compositing.
He continued to contract for CMS and through on-the-job experience he quickly grew into an engineer. Now - 17 years since first picking up a camera, five years of touring, and over seven years on staff - Anthony is a talented video director, high-capacity video engineer, and production manager. He lives in Cumming, GA with his wife Rachel, their son Nathan, and their dog Bo.

Brian has been working in production for over twenty years. He started as a teenage volunteer at North Point Community Church and progressed to working at international news stations in New York City. Brian has experience in a wide range of the production process; from system design and engineering to directing, graphics, and camera work. With this first hand knowledge he is able to make different aspects of our client’s shows work seamlessly together to ensure the highest quality result.
Matt Troyer | Warehouse Manager

DANTE Level III Certified
With years of experience managing small and large warehouse locations, Matt is familiar with moving inventory. His skills in organization and high attention to detail will help achieve our goal of constantly elevating and streamlining our system processes. Matt also has a background in music and regularly plays bass guitar at his local church. When not working in the warehouse or playing bass, Matt likes to cook new recipes and eats oddly flavored potato chips from all over the world.

Christian is one of our warehouse technicians - assisting with all show prep, driving trucks, running camera on shows, & a system technician. He is Dante Level III certified and he also manages our fleet of vehicles to ensure operational readiness for our customer's needs.

Cody is one of our warehouse technicians - assisting with all show prep, driving trucks, running camera on shows, & a system technician. He assists with special projects and system maintenance as well as managing our social media channels.
