Marc Shroyer


Founder, President

Marc Shroyer is the owner and founder of Custom Media Solutions.  Marc started out in broadcast news, sports and entertainment over 20 years ago. His strengths are anywhere from video directing, editing,  systems design and engineering.  Marc also has a background in music which is skill that enhances his directing ability Marc has a very high standard of excellence and a passion for the video at a live event or broadcast to be the highest quality from picture quality to content, switching and camera work. 

Michael Simmons


Vice President, Sales

Michael has been doing video production since he was kid working with his Dad's production company shooting everything from live sports to band competitions. Michael also has a musical background making him an excellent video director of live music. His experience ranges from working at CNN to leading a team of volunteers in productions at North Point Community Church. Michael is highly relational, a great project manager and a talented technician. This guy will take your dreams and ideas and turn them into a reality at your event.   

Anthony Young


Operations Manager

Anthony Young picked up a camera for the first time in high school as a volunteer at his local church. As a student, he found his passion for production and immersed himself in everything from lighting design to 3d animation. After college, Anthony's career started in the post-production industry but his desire for live-production remained as he regularly contracted for CMS as a video director and engineer. With a musical background he’s a natural at directing and his organizational prowess made him a must-hire for CMS. As our Operations Manager, Anthony is elevating the CMS brand one credit card expense at time. Anthony enjoys nature and playing uno with his wife, Rachel. 

Stephen Todd


Project Solutions

Stephen Todd joined the production industry as a high school volunteer at his local church in Orlando, FL. During college, Stephen joined Camp KidJam for their Summer tour where he learned the art photography and live video production. Shortly after, Stephen was hired as an intern at North Point Ministries where he grew his experience in all avenues of live production. This internship led Stephen into a contractor role as the Technical Director for KidStuf at Buckhead Church. Stephen originally joined CMS as the Warehouse Manger and now leads all special projects including system builds, repairs, and maintaining our fleet of vehicles. When he’s not in the warehouse, Stephen is on a show as a second engineer and camera operator. In his free time, Stephen and his wife Ashleigh enjoy traveling and photography. 

Matt Troyer


Warehouse Manager

Matt recently joined our staff as the new Warehouse Manager. With years of experience managing small and large warehouse locations, Matt is familiar with moving inventory. His skills in organization and high attention to detail will help achieve our goal of constantly elevating and streamlining our system processes. Matt also has a background in music and regularly plays bass guitar at his local church. When not working in the warehouse or playing bass, Matt likes to cook new recipes and eats oddly flavored potato chips from all over the world.
